holy shit.  reunited! (and it feels so good)

it’s hard to grasp that in a short two hours i will be seeing faith no more play live again.  the last time that happened was in 1997 and i was pretty confident that i would never get to see them play live again.

go figure! 

now it’s 2010, and i don’t listen to anything really resembling faith no more these days.  but, for every band i’ve loved since then, it’s never been with quite the intensity that i loved this band.  even 13 years later, i know every word to every song like it was yesterday.  i have boxes at my parent’s house filled with VHS and cassette BOOTLEGS of this band that i used to trade back in the day.  the first cassette i ever owned when i was NINE was faith no more.

it’s going to be fun to relive the magic for another night.
