I don’t know how Kenny and Tracy do it.  They somehow manage to fit a LOT OF STUFF into a very SMALL SPACE and make it look like every item is perfectly placed and meant to be in its exact location.  It’s definitely one of the few friends’ places I visit on a semi-often basis that doesn’t feel like just an “apartment”… it feels like someone’s home. Nice job, y’all.
