just picked up these sneakers to complete my summer style upgrade. i’ve been looking for some new shoes that wouldn’t look horrendously bad with shorts. sadly, my favorite cowboy boots don’t look so good with shorts.  each year, i aspire to wear jeans all summer long regardless of the heat, but i always give in.  shorts in richmond are a necessity. i gotta thank kenny for calling my attention to the shoes.  he also turned me onto jackthreads.com which is an invite-only dude’s clothing site.  they sell generally one item a day and it’s usually something from a really awesome designer/brand and it’s seriously discounted - usually 50% below retail or more.  check it out if you’re into looking like a cool dude.
