Low - Trailer for New Record, C’mon (by Sub Pop Records)
Low’s new album comes in April, and they are starting their tour with two shows @ SXSW. YES.
Also, their kid is growing up!
The love that I have for Low cannot really be put into proper words. This trailer got me even more excited for the new album/tour. I pre-ordered the record and bought tickets to the DC show. The pre-order allowed me to stream the record before release. I’ve been listening to it non-stop and I’m totally loving it. I think it’s easily one of their best albums and that comes from someone who is pretty particular about their Low albums. Part of me, however, wishes I’d waited for it to arrive on vinyl, to turn the lights out, and listen to it for the first time on my record player.
But who are we kidding?! It’s 2011. The internet and my impatience win again.
When it arrives, I’m still gonna turn out the lights and give it that first listen on vinyl, and pretend like I don’t already know all the words.
