i’ve never been to an oyserfest, or is it an oysterfeat?  i always get these two mixed up.  but anyway, this missed connection appealed to me instantly.

i don’t know if it’s robot e. lee or alternate-universe beatles that started all this, but for the past few weeks or so i’ve been daydreaming constantly about time travel and alternate universes.

so, as you can imagine, this missed connection has a lot of appeal for me.  because it HASN’T HAPPENED YET:

a longshot indeed!  this guy must be from an alternate universe or possibly a time traveler if he knows that the kimberley he met at the oysterfest is going to appear at mojo’s sometime in the future.  but when?!  i suppose that is what makes it such a longshot.
