oh hey blog.

sorry for not checking in a little more often.  the temptation to post a quick video or a quick picture and then run away sometimes becomes too tempting to resist.

time is flying by.  i can’t believe it’s already mid-June.  summer just got here and i feel like we’re barrelling through it.  i have a list of things i’d like to do this summer and it already feels like there’s not enough time to squeeze it all in.

work is going really well.  i feel like i’ve finally been thrown into the fray.  i don’t have nearly the workload as some of my co-workers, but i’ve got about five projects now and some of them are pretty demanding.  i’m excited to finally feel useful and productive and maybe i’m biased, but i feel like i’m working on some of the coolest projects.

on top of this, i feel like i’m actually doing a GOOD JOB.  things seem to be coming naturally to me and i haven’t dropped any balls so far.  fucking awesome.

of course, the first time i do drop a ball, i’ll be sure to let you know, because i’m sure it will make for a great, albeit embarrassing story.

SHIT!  i almost forgot!  i have my first shoot tomorrow on a project i’m managing.  i’ve been nurturing this little baby project for months now and it’s about to finally become real.  all grown up.  so proud.  i’ll be sure to take pictures.
