hey phil, why the long face?



i have made the decision to end the long beard experiment early. starting tomorrow, the beard will be returning to its normal length.

i have an important meeting coming up where i need to look conservative/presentable and well, the beard just isn’t going to cut it.

i started growing the beard out as a symbol or a protest of some kind and i’m not sure i like what it was all about anyway. so, we’re going back to normal beard length and i am sure i will be infinitely less creepy when you see me out and about.

in non-beard news, i can say with 98% certainty that this week is going to be pretty fucking terrible all around. i just have to hold fast, hang tight, and survive.

here goes nothing.
